At ENVOLVE we believe in helping people make progress with their every day mobility, strength and fitness. The focus is on quality of movement and helping combat the sedentary, deskbound days. 

In our bespoke team-building sessions we propose an enjoyable afternoon for teams to take the time to reflect on their physical and mental wellness. Challenge yourself and your co-workers in a completely different way and refresh body and mind!

Our session will help employees understand more about the benefits of living stronger. By taking the time to move and mobilise the body, using simply body weight or different equipment like the TRX suspension trainer, they’ll understand how to move better. Not only that, they’ll learn to be more efficient when exercising and, if integrated on a regular basis, quickly feel the benefits and be able to do handle whatever life throws at them. 

Sessions can be adapted according to the group and type of session desired.


  • Team Building Wellbeing half day sessions (2.5hrs, Fridays usually best)


  • 5 OR 10 Small group classes  (45 min classes, mornings or lunchtimes

The class options can be agreed ad-hoc with each company, the options include either:

    • MOVE class – Bootcamp style class (focus on cardio and strength work, and giving you an energy boost)
    • STRETCHING & MOBILITY class – Zen class (focus on mobility, flexibility and releasing tension)


  • 50 class passes for all your staff (daily, full access to all studio classes at ENVOLVE GYM)
